1. Media Confidentiality Guarantee

All photographs, home videos, voice recordings, and details you upload are processed exclusively for the creation of your ordered video montage. We will never share, distribute, monetize, or publish any part of your media or finished video without your explicit prior written authorization.

2. Secure Storage & Deletion

Client files are stored within encrypted cloud storage with restricted access granted only to your assigned video editor. Upon project completion and delivery, your raw files can be permanently purged from our active editing servers upon your written request.

3. Information We Collect

We collect your contact information (name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number) strictly to facilitate project communications, previews, delivery, and invoicing. We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.
